FINDING PASSION IN FASHION

Growing up, I have been influenced with fashion, from the plain T shirts and denims to the fast growing trends of today. I have accustomed myself in these areas, especially at the "selling" part. You see, my family sells RTW ever since I was born, ever since my mom and dad were not yet married. As for my self- understanding right after college, I always thought of things which would really suit who I am. Although having a profession in Nursing would give me a great career, I still searched for "passion." And so after 3 long years, of defining what I am, after reading almost all self help books, I decided to open myself up. To tell you quite honestly, I'm such an introvert, though I love social interaction and know quite a lot of people for a typical 24 yr. old girl, I am a self- confessed introvert ( believe me, I know.. took a pschology test to know myself better!)

To "open my self up" I started  a little business in Direct Selling, Tupperware Brands, which was previously known as Sara Lee and Fuller Life (products are really good and high quality if you want to join, contact me :) hehehe). Though this helped me build my confidence, social interaction skills and business, I still honestly felt empty. And so, I opened myself up more to our family business, Ann Carmel Enterprises, and in here I found what I love. I just don't love selling clothes per se. I love how these clothes could change a person (CHAR!), but seriously really, I love how it can change a person's self esteem, how they can make you so confident, how it can make you look slimmer(my favorite) or full. I even love how people dress so differently that you could tell their personalities by how they dress. This is why I love fashion styling. Its so broad yet so specific.

I never realized that my passion was just under my nose the whole time. And I thank God every minute of the day for it. This blog will be about fashion styling, and I would dedicate this to my parents, who have "opened me up" to my passion, to our loyal dealers and customers who have been patronizing our products, and of course, to you readers.
